Standard Operating Procedures
Step-by-step instructions on how to use the core features of ASIDZI. Learn how to create your account, manage your security, and publish your first advertisement.
How to Create an Account
Click "Sign Up"
Navigate to the top right corner of the website and click on the "Sign Up" button to begin registration.
Enter Your Details
Provide your Full Name, a valid Email Address, and create a strong password (at least 6 characters).
Verify Your Email
Check your email inbox for a confirmation link from ASIDZI. Click the link to verify your email address and activate your account.
Complete Your Profile
Log in and navigate to your Profile to add your phone number, WhatsApp contact, and a profile picture to build trust with buyers.
How to Change Your Password
Access Account Settings
Make sure you are logged in. Click on your profile picture/avatar in the top navigation bar and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Security
In your dashboard sidebar, click on the "Security" or "Account Settings" tab.
Update Password
Locate the "Update Password" section. You will need to type your new password twice to confirm it. Click the "Update Password" button to save your changes.
Forgot your password? If you are logged out, click "Sign In" and select "Forgot Password" to receive a password reset link via email.
How to Post an Ad
Click "Post Ad"
Click the prominent orange "Post a free Ad" button located at the top of every page.
Select a Category & Details
Select the category that best fits your item (e.g., Vehicles, Electronics). Provide a descriptive Title, a clear Description, the Price, and the Item Location.
Upload Quality Photos
Upload up to 5 clear, well-lit photos of your item. Ads with actual, high-quality images sell up to 5x faster!
Publish Your Ad
Review your details and contact information. Once satisfied, hit "Publish". Your ad will be instantly live on the marketplace.
